i spent mine watching the comments section of my last post like a hawk…you know, moderating. like a boss.
why, you ask? well, things got a little…R-rated.
the halloween spooktacular continues today with a recipe that’s super creepy, and so simple to make it’s scary.
are you guys loving these halloween puns? i mean, who doesn’t love puns?
well, actually my fiance doesn’t like puns. he thinks they’re cheesy. i, however think that puns are the greatest comedic device in the history of the world.
pssssh, he’s just jealous because whenever i use puns (which is practically on the hour, every hour) i always get big laughs. i bring down the house.
i suppose you could say that i’m…punstoppable. damn, i’m good.
the countdown to halloween is officially on. we’re exactly two weeks away!
my sweet tooth is quivering with anticipation. well, more like wincing, because i’m pretty sure my sweet tooth has a cavity. don’t tell my dentist, he’ll yell at me.
anyway, i figured that two weeks from everyone’s favorite spooky holiday would be a perfect time to kick off my halloween spooktacular! i mean, i guess that’s what i’ll call it. i’m not married to the title or anything, i just kind of came up with it on the spot just now.
fizzy dark chocolate pumpkin truffles. what? what does that even mean?

lovelies, i need a drink.
for the past few months, we’ve been working our little tails off to design, assemble and mail off our wedding invitations. it’s been a long, exhausting process, and i am so happy to report that we’re finally done. what a relief!
so today, i’m celebrating with a delicious autumn-inspired mimosa, because nothing says ‘celebration’ quite like a champagne cocktail.
also, i’ve been dying to share our invitations with you all for the longest time, and now i finally can! hooray!
