Instant Pot Brownie Bites
Ingredients
- 1 16-oz box brownie mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 3 tbsp water
- Chocolate sprinkles for toppings
- Non-stick cooking spray
Instructions
- Spray the egg bite molds with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine the brownie mix, eggs, oil, and water until a smooth batter forms.
- Pour the batter into each mold, leaving about 1/4 inch of space at the top.
- Cover the molds with foil, then stack them on the trivet.
- Add water to the Instant Pot according to your model’s minimum requirement.
- Place the trivet with the molds inside the Instant Pot. Lock the lid and set the valve to Sealing.
- Cook on High Pressure for 30 minutes.
- Let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then carefully switch the valve to Venting.
- Once the pressure has all been released, lift the lid and remove the molds from the Instant Pot.
