- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 100 ml heavy cream
For the toppings:
- 250 ml whipped cream plus extra for piping
- 100 g fresh blueberries
- 200 g fresh strawberries
Instructions
- Line the rectangular baking pan with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 340ยฐF.
- Cream the butter and sugar on high speed for 1 minute or until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs, one at a time. Mix after each addition.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the heavy cream. Mix until smooth.
