Spray the egg bite molds with non-stick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine the brownie mix, eggs, oil, and water until a smooth batter forms.
Pour the batter into each mold, leaving about 1/4 inch of space at the top.
Cover the molds with foil, then stack them on the trivet.
Add water to the Instant Pot according to your model’s minimum requirement.
Place the trivet with the molds inside the Instant Pot. Lock the lid and set the valve to Sealing.
Cook on High Pressure for 30 minutes.
Let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then carefully switch the valve to Venting.
Once the pressure has all been released, lift the lid and remove the molds from the Instant Pot.
Remove the foil and let the brownie bites cool slightly before turning them out onto a plate.
If you like, add chocolate sprinkles on top while they are still warm. Enjoy!
