Ingredients
- 1 lb hot pork sausage
- 1 8-oz block cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups baking mix
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- Parsley, chopped for garnish (optional)
- Salad for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Gather the ingredients.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line your baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine the sausage and cream cheese.
- Add in the baking mix and stir until combined.
- Add the shredded cheddar cheese and mix.
- Scoop out the sausage mixture and form each piece into 1-inch balls. Place them on the parchment-lined baking sheet. The yield of this recipe will depend on how large you make your cream cheese sausage balls!
