- 4 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 red onion, sliced

- Cilantro, chopped for garnish
- 1 egg egg for egg wash
- Oil
Instructions
- Gather the ingredients for your breakfast pizza puff pastry.
- Thaw the puff pastry sheet to room temperature.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat for the chicken.
