Ingredients
Cheddar cheese – Shred your own cheese! Pre-shredded cheese has anti-caking agents that can make the dip a little grainy.
Blanched slivered almonds – While you can use sliced almonds, the thicker slivered almonds hold their crunch better.
Bacon – You can use any bacon you like.
Mayonnaise – The base of this million dollar dip recipe. Use your favorite mayo, but for the best texture and flavor, opt for the regular kind.
Sour cream – Unlike other million dollar appetizer dips, we used sour cream instead of cream cheese. It balances the richness of the mayonnaise really well!
Cayenne pepper and ranch seasoning mix – To round out the flavor of our Neiman Marcus million dollar dip.
Green onions and extra bacon – For garnish. Use as many as you like in your Neiman Marcus cheese dip.
Tortilla chips – Like most creamy and yummy dips, you can’t go wrong serving this bacon cheese ranch dip with tortilla chips. Bonus tip: Choose sturdy dippers for this thick dip!
