  • Your tofu should not be cold, and the melted chocolate should not be too hot. Otherwise, the Mexican hot chocolate mousse can end up grainy since the cold tofu can cause the chocolate to set when combined.
  • Don't have a food processor? Use a high-speed blender! But if the base of your blender's canister is too wide, you can double the recipe for better blending.
