Ingredients
- 5 tortillas
- 1/2 stick unsalted butter
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1/2 cup blackberries
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 3 scoops vanilla ice cream
Instructions
- Gather all the ingredients.
- Preheat the oven to 375ยฐF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan. Mix the granulated sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl and set aside.
- Brush both sides of the tortillas with melted butter. Sprinkle the buttered tortillas with cinnamon sugar. Shake them off to remove excess sugar.
