Yukon Gold potatoes – Use small to medium potatoes. You can even use mini gold potatoes! We like Yukon Gold because they hold their shape well, and their natural buttery flavor complements the savory garlic and Parmesan crust.
Parmesan cheese – Of course, you can’t make the viral TikTok Parmesan potatoes without Parmesan, right? Grate it yourself for the best flavor!
Olive oil – To help the garlic Parmesan mixture stick to the potatoes.
Garlic – Fresh garlic is always a better choice over garlic powder, especially with Parmesan cheese.
Fresh parsley – For a pop of color and flavor. Feel free to add more dried herbs to really highlight the rich, savory flavors of these viral Parmesan crusted potatoes.
Red pepper flakes – The added kick is super satisfying!
