Ingredients
- 8 medium Russet potatoes, peeled and sliced
- Few pinches Salt
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cups cooked ham, cubed
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 2/3 cup milk
- Fresh thyme to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
- Green onions, chopped (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- Lightly grease the inside of the Crockpot with the cooking spray.
- Toss the sliced potatoes with salt.
- Layer half the potatoes, onions, cubed ham, and shredded cheddar cheese in the slow cooker.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
- Combine the mushroom soup, milk, thyme, and pepper in a bowl.
