Valentine Rice Krispie Treats
Ingredients
- 2 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 1 cup marshmallows
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 cup pink baking chips
- Pink Valentine's Day sprinkles for decorating
- Red food coloring, optional

- Melt the butter over medium-low heat. Add the marshmallows and stir continuously until they’re completely melted.
- Add the rice cereal and stir until combined.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish lined with parchment paper. Gently pat it down evenly on the surface. Cool completely.
- Melt the pink chips until smooth. You can microwave them at 50% power in 30-second intervals, stirring in between. Feel free to add food coloring.
