churros bites

ingredients:

– 1/3 cup brown sugar, packed – 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted – 1 tsp baking powder – Dash of salt – 1 tsp cinnamon – 1/2 cup milk – 1 cup all-purpose flour – 2/3 cup granulated sugar for coating – 1 tbsp cinnamon for coating – Non-stick cooking spray

HOW TO MAKE:

Spray egg bites mold with non-stick cooking spray.

HOW TO MAKE:

Mix brown sugar and butter until smooth. Add baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and milk slowly. Stir in flour to form batter without overmixing.

HOW TO MAKE:

Pour batter into each cup, filling 3/4 full. Cover with lid or foil.

HOW TO MAKE:

Add water to Instant Pot. Place trivet inside, then the mold on top. Secure lid, set valve to Sealing, and cook on High Pressure for 12 minutes. Natural release for 5 minutes, then quick release.

HOW TO MAKE:

Remove mold, uncover, and flip to release churro bites. Roll in a mixture of granulated sugar and cinnamon while warm.
