BUFFALO CHICKEN DIP

Ingredients:

– 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts – 1 cup hot sauce – 4 tbsp butter – 1/2 cup ranch dressing – 8 oz cream cheese – 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded – 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

HOW TO MAKE:

Place chicken breasts, hot sauce, butter, and ranch dressing in Instant Pot.

HOW TO MAKE:

Cook on Manual/High Pressure for 15 minutes, then quick-release pressure.

HOW TO MAKE:

Open lid and shred chicken.

HOW TO MAKE:

Stir in cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese until melted.

What to serve with it?

Crusty bread like baguette slices, crispy crackers, and breadsticks will also complement this pressure cooker dip.
