Gather all the ingredients for your sushi wrap.
Starting at the bottom edge, cut the nori sheet halfway up the center, being careful not to cut all the way through.
In a bowl, combine the sushi rice, rice vinegar, sesame oil, salt, and sugar.
Next, picture the nori sheet divided into four equal quadrants.
Place the sushi rice mixture in the top-left square. Gently press to spread it evenly, then sprinkle with furikake.
Add a slice of salmon to the top right square, next to the rice.
Place 2 to 3 avocado slices in the bottom-right square, underneath the salmon.
Spread the cream cheese on the remaining bottom left square, underneath the rice.
Fold the cream cheese side up over the rice.
Fold the cream cheese and rice over to the right.
Finish by folding everything down over the avocado slices.
Enjoy the sushi wrap whole, or slice it into two triangles before serving.
