Ingredients:

– 1 small French baguette, cut into one-inch slices – 8 tbsp mascarpone cheese, room temperature – 1/4 cup arugula, washed and dried – 8 slices prosciutto, sliced thinly – 3 tbsp honey

Toast baguette slices.
