Ingredients:

– ½ cup rolled oats – ½ tsp baking powder – 1 egg – 1 pc banana, ripe – 1 tbsp maple syrup – 1 tbsp cocoa powder – 1 pinch salt – Cooking spray for greasing the ramekin – Semi-sweet chocolate bar, shaved or melted for garnish (optional)

HOW TO MAKE:

Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a ramekin.
