Ingredients:

– 2 tbsp olive oil – 2 tbsp sesame oil – 1 lb ground chicken – 1 onion, chopped – 1 tsp grated ginger – 4 garlic cloves, pressed – 1 16-oz bag coleslaw mix – 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce – Ground black pepper to taste – Green onions, sliced for garnish – Sesame seeds for garnish

HOW TO MAKE:

Heat oils in skillet over medium-high heat.

Cook ground chicken until browned and cooked through.

Add onions, ginger, and garlic; cook until fragrant. Add coleslaw mix and soy sauce; season with pepper.
