Seed Pudding

Ingredients:

– 2 tbsp chia seeds – 1/2 cup hot water – 2 tbsp honey – 1 tsp vanilla extract – Pinch of salt – 1 1/2 cup Greek yogurt – 1 1/2 cup almond milk – 2 1/2 tbsp cacao powder – 1 tsp cinnamon – 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper – 2 pcs bananas, sliced – 1 tbsp cacao nibs

HOW TO MAKE:

Mix chia seeds in hot water, let sit for 5 minutes.

HOW TO MAKE:

Stir in honey, vanilla extract, and salt.

HOW TO MAKE:

Mix in Greek yogurt, almond milk, cocoa powder, cinnamon, and cayenne pepper.

HOW TO MAKE:

Fill a glass with half the chia mixture, add banana slices, then more chia pudding, banana slices, and cacao nibs.

HOW TO MAKE:

Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
