Ingredients:

– 1 egg white, room temperature – 1 tbsp granulated white sugar – 1 tsp matcha powder – 1 cup fresh milk

HOW TO MAKE:

Whip the egg white with a hand mixer at high speed until frothy. Add sugar and mix until stiff peaks form.

HOW TO MAKE:

Sift matcha powder into the foam and whisk until combined and fluffy. Do not overmix.

HOW TO MAKE:

Pour milk into a glass mug and top with the whipped matcha.
