Halloween Taco Dip
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 packages taco seasoning, divided
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 16 oz sour cream, divided
- 1 4-oz can green chiles
- 1 15-oz jar chunky salsa
- 1 1/4 cup shredded taco cheese, divided
- 1 cup guacamole
- 1 Roma tomato, diced
- 2 tbsp black olives, sliced
- Tortilla chips for serving
Instructions
- Combine the cream cheese, half of the sour cream, and 1 package of taco seasoning until smooth.
- Spread the mixture in the bottom of a deep round plate.
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over high heat until brown. Drain and season with the remaining package of taco seasoning.
- Spread the ground beef over the cream cheese layer.
- Top the ground beef with salsa and diced green chiles.
- Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded cheese over the salsa.
- Spread guacamole over the cheese.
