Combine the cream cheese, half of the sour cream, and 1 package of taco seasoning until smooth.
Spread the mixture in the bottom of a deep round plate.
Cook the ground beef in a skillet over high heat until brown. Drain and season with the remaining package of taco seasoning.
Spread the ground beef over the cream cheese layer.
Top the ground beef with salsa and diced green chiles.
Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded cheese over the salsa.
Spread guacamole over the cheese.
Transfer the remaining sour cream to a Ziploc bag. Snip off one corner and pipe it over the guacamole to create a web pattern.
Arrange diced tomatoes, remaining shredded cheese, more green chiles, and black olives around the dip.
Feel free to place clean plastic spiders on top of your Halloween taco dip to complete its look. Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
