Ingredients:

– 3 cups fresh, ripe mangoes – 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice – ¼ cup honey – ⅓ cup coconut milk

HOW TO MAKE:

Cut mangoes into cubes.

HOW TO MAKE:

Stir in lime juice.

HOW TO MAKE:

Add honey and coconut milk (or water).

HOW TO MAKE:

Blend until smooth or leave chunky, as desired.

HOW TO MAKE:

Adjust lime juice or honey to taste.

HOW TO MAKE:

Pour mixture into popsicle molds, leaving space at the top. Freeze for at least four hours.
