  • Preheat your air fryer to 350°F.
  • Press the centers of the bread slices with a fork to create indentations, then set aside.

  • Whisk together the yogurt, egg, honey, and cinnamon until smooth.

  • Divide the custard yogurt mixture on the bread slices and spread evenly.

  • Top with mixed berries.

  • Line the basket and air fry the custard toasts for 5 to 12 minutes.

  • Your custard yogurt toast is ready once the custard has set and the edges of the bread start to brown.

Notes

  • The custard yogurt toast is ready to go once the custard topping is slightly jiggly and no longer looks wet. The edges of the bread should also be brown and not burnt!
  • In addition to fresh or thawed frozen fruit, you can top the toast with powdered sugar, flaky sea salt, dark chocolate chips, coconut flakes, chopped pecans, or even a drizzle of peanut butter for a twist!
  • Leftover air-fried yogurt toast can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 1 to 2 days. To serve, reheat the leftover toast in the oven at 325ºF until warmed through. Skip freezing, as the texture won’t hold up well after thawing!
