Notes

  • Making crispy shrimp from scratch is easier than you think! Just heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Then, mix 1/2 cup of coconut flour, 1/2 cup of arrowroot powder, salt, and pepper. Coat the shrimp and cook 2 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
  • Got cooked shrimp? It’s perfect for teriyaki shrimp! Warm it up over medium heat for 2 minutes, then toss it in a teriyaki sauce made with 1/2 cup soy sauce, 4 tablespoons maple syrup, 2 tablespoons rice vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger, and 1 tablespoon cornstarch.
