Oven baked pasta chips:

  • Gather all the ingredients for the oven-baked pasta chips.
  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, and cook the pasta until al dente according to the package instructions.
  • Drain the cooked pasta in a colander.
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lightly grease with oil.
  • Spread the pasta in a single layer on the baking sheet. Make sure the pieces are not overlapping or touching!
  • In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and herbs to make a quick dressing. Pour it over the pasta.
  • Sprinkle the pasta with Parmesan cheese, then toss until everything is well-coated.
  • Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the pasta is crisp and golden.

Dip:

  • In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt and cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add the garlic, salt, pepper, herbs, and spices, then blend until smooth and well combined. You can add a little olive oil as needed to reach your desired consistency.
  • Top the dip with tomato slices.
  • Serve with the freshly baked pasta chips and enjoy!

Notes

  • Make sure to cook your pasta before baking! Otherwise, the chips will be too hard to bite.
  • Cook your pasta just until al dente to keep it firm and prevent it from falling apart when tossed in the dressing.
  • You can air fry these pasta chips at 350°F for 10 to 12 minutes, shaking halfway, until they turn golden brown.
