Arrange the pancake toppings, sauces, and syrups on the four corners of a large wooden board.
Place the largest pancakes in a circle at the center of the board.
Arrange the remaining large pancakes around the cream cheese.
Stack the medium pancakes and place them between the large pancakes at the top of the board.
Separate the mini pancakes into two groups and place them below the large pancakes.
Slice the bananas and nectarines, then tuck them between the toppings, sauces, and syrups.
Slice the orange and a few strawberries.
Fill any open spaces on the board with nuts and berries.
