  • Gather all your ingredients for the apple crisp frappuccino.
  • Cook the apples with brown sugar and cinnamon for about 8 minutes, stirring until the sugar dissolves and the mixture thickens. Strain, then set the cinnamon apple syrup aside.

  • Add the coffee and ice to your blender and blend on High until the consistency is similar to a slushy.

  • Add the oat milk and homemade apple syrup, then blend again until smooth.

  • Pour the frappuccino into a glass and top with heavy cream, caramel drizzle, and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon. Enjoy!

Notes

  • You can use apple cider for the apple syrup! Just combine 1/4 cup of apple cider with 1/4 cup brown sugar in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Add 2 cinnamon sticks, bring to a boil, and simmer for 8 minutes.
  • If you prefer the Starbucks apple crisp macchiato over the apple frappuccino, just add about 3 tablespoons of your homemade apple brown sugar syrup to the bottom of a glass. Pour in 3/4 cup of oat milk, add ice, and slowly pour a shot of espresso over the ice.
  • Don’t want to use a blender? Convert this apple crisp frappuccino into the famous Starbucks apple crisp shaken espresso! Fill a mason jar with ice, add your apple syrup and espresso, seal it, and shake until frothy. Pour over ice and top with oat milk.
