CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

Ingredients:

– 1 12-oz silken tofu, room temperature, drained – 3/4 cup bittersweet chocolate chips – 4 tbsp heavy cream – 2 tbsp coffee liqueur – 4 tbsp confectioners’ sugar – 2 tsp ground cinnamon – Pinch of kosher salt – Pinch of cayenne pepper

HOW TO MAKE:

Microwave chocolate until melted, then let it cool slightly.

HOW TO MAKE:

Blend tofu until smooth.

HOW TO MAKE:

Add cream, liqueur, sugar, cinnamon, salt, pepper, and melted chocolate to tofu, blend until combined.

HOW TO MAKE:

Transfer mousse to serving cups and cover with plastic wrap.

HOW TO MAKE:

Refrigerate for 1-3 hours.

What to serve with it?

Cookies are always delicious with creamy desserts. And for the spicy, sweet mousse, I think chai spiced sugar cookies are the perfect company.
