Fudgy heart 

shaped brownies

ingredients:

– 1/2 cup canola oil – 1 1/4 cup granulated sugar – 2 large eggs – 1 tsp pure vanilla extract – 1/2 cup all-purpose flour – 1 cup cocoa powder – 1/4 tsp salt – 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

HOW TO MAKE:

Whisk oil and sugar, then add eggs and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth.

 Add dry ingredients and mix until combined. Fold in chocolate chips.

Pour batter into baking pan and level with a spatula.

Bake brownie for 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs. If needed, bake an additional 5 minutes.

Allow brownie to cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.

HOW TO MAKE:

Cut cooled brownie into heart shapes using cookie cutter. Optionally, garnish with Valentine’s sprinkles.
