Recipe

Ingredients:

– 1 pack of ramen – 1 tsp garlic, minced – 1 tsp butter – ¼ tsp red pepper flakes – 1 tbsp soy sauce – 1 tsp brown sugar – 1 egg, beaten – 1 tsp mixed spices – Green onion, sliced for garnish

HOW TO MAKE:

Cook ramen noodles al dente according to package directions. Drain.

HOW TO MAKE:

Melt butter in a frying pan and cook garlic until soft. Add red pepper flakes and cook for 2 minutes.

HOW TO MAKE:

Dissolve sugar in soy sauce and pour into the pan.

Add noodles and increase heat. Toss until well mixed.

Push noodles aside and scramble an egg in the same pan. Mix with noodles.

Season with spices and sliced green onions. Serve hot and enjoy!
