– 2 cups protein cookies, crushed – 4 tbsp butter, melted – 1 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened – 30 oz Greek yogurt – 5 pcs eggs – 1 1/2 oz protein powder – 4 oz cornstarch – 1/3 cup brown sugar – 1 tsp vanilla extract – Pinch of salt – 3 cups fresh strawberries, sliced – 5 tbsp brown sugar for the glaze – 1 1/2 tbsp cornstarch for the glaze

HOW TO MAKE:

Make the cheesecake crust by combining the cookie crumbs and butter. Press the mixture onto a cheesecake pan and spread evenly at the base.
