Crunchy Shrimp

Sushi Bowl

Ingredients:

– 4 cups sushi rice cooked – 1 lb shrimp, cooked until crispy – 3/4 cup carrots, chopped – 1/2 cucumber, sliced – 1 avocado, diced – 1 cup shelled edamame – 1 nori sheet, chopped – 2 tbsp toasted black sesame seeds – 1/2 cup kewpie mayonnaise – 1/4 cup sriracha – 2 tsp sugar

HOW TO MAKE:

Distribute the cooked sushi rice among the bowls. Top each bowl with crispy shrimp, carrot, cucumber, avocado, and edamame.

HOW TO MAKE:

In a small bowl, combine kewpie mayonnaise, sriracha, and sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Season to taste.

HOW TO MAKE:

Drizzle the spicy mayo on top of the shrimp sushi bowl, then sprinkle with sesame seeds and nori. Enjoy!
