CHIP COOKIE DOUGH

Ingredients:

– 8 oz cream cheese, softened – 6 tbsp no-sugar peanut butter – 4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened – 1/3 cup Swerve brown sugar substitute – 1 tbsp vanilla extract – 1/3 cup sugar-free chocolate chips

HOW TO MAKE:

In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese, peanut butter, butter, Swerve brown sugar, and vanilla extract with a hand or stand mixer until clump-free.

HOW TO MAKE:

Fold in chocolate chips with a spatula.

HOW TO MAKE:

Use a cookie scoop to portion the dough into balls. Freeze fat bombs for an hour or until solid.

What to serve with it?

Since they’re made with peanut butter, I bet these cookie dough bombs will be delicious with fudgy, chocolatey brownies!
