BAKED SALMON

with mayonnaise

Ingredients:

– 2 lbs salmon fillets – 1/2 cup mayonnaise – 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated – 2 tsp salt – 1 tsp ground black pepper – 1/2 tsp lemon zest – Fresh parsley for garnish – Non-stick cooking spray

HOW TO MAKE:

Mix salt, pepper, lemon zest, and mayonnaise together.

HOW TO MAKE:

Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels.

HOW TO MAKE:

Spread mayonnaise mixture over fillets and sprinkle with grated parmesan.

HOW TO MAKE:

Bake for 8 minutes at 400°F. Serve with freshly chopped parsley. Enjoy!
