Ingredients:

FOR THE STUFFED MUSHROOMS: – 12 pcs Baby Bella mushrooms – 2 tbsp olive oil – 1 pc onion, chopped – 5 tsp garlic, minced – 2 tbsp walnuts, chopped – 2 tbsp dried tomatoes – 2 tbsp parsley, chopped – Salt to taste – Black pepper to taste FOR THE DRESSING: – 5 tbsp olive oil – 1 tsp red wine vinegar – 1 garlic, minced – 1 tsp lemon zest – 3 tbsp parsley, chopped – Salt to taste – Black pepper to taste

HOW TO MAKE:

Heat olive oil in a pan. Sauté onion and garlic for a few minutes, then add chopped mushroom stems. Cook for around 3 minutes.
