Sausage Balls

Ingredients:

– 1 lb hot pork sausage – 1 8-oz block cream cheese, softened – 2 cups baking mix – 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded – Parsley, chopped for garnish (optional)

HOW TO MAKE:

Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.

Combine sausage, cream cheese, and baking mix.

Scoop mixture onto lined baking sheets.
