Ingredients:

– 1 lb ground sausage – 20 oz shredded hashbrowns, thawed – 1/4 cup white onion, diced – 1/2 red bell pepper, diced – 1/2 green bell pepper, diced – 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded – 8 large eggs – 1 12-oz can evaporated milk – 1/2 tsp kosher salt – 1/4 tsp ground black pepper – 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning – Cooking spray

HOW TO MAKE:

Brown sausage in skillet, drain grease.
