Instructions

  • Let's gather the ingredients for this Starbucks Medicine Ball recipe without lemonade.
  • Blend all the ingredients until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into an ice cube tray. Freeze overnight.
  • To serve, prepare your mint tea as usual. Steep for 5 minutes or until you get your desired strength.
  • Add two Medicine Balls to your cup of tea. Stir until melted and combined.
  • You can also add more lemon juice or honey to taste. Enjoy!

Notes

  • You can also use a food processor to blend your Medicine Ball mixture smoothly.
  • If you don't like floating bits in your tea or find the lemon flavor too strong, juice the lemons instead of blending them with their peels.
  • You're not limited to using these Medicine Balls only in hot mint tea! You can also use them in place of regular ice cubes in your iced tea. Not a fan of mint tea? These copycat Medicine Bombs are also perfect with green tea and black tea
