Add the pear stars, blueberries, and sliced strawberries to a pitcher.
Pour in the white wine, vodka, lemonade, and blueberry simple syrup. Stir gently to combine without crushing the fruit.
Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. The longer the red, white, and blue sangria sits, the more the fruit flavors infuse into the wine.
