Allow the prime rib to come to room temperature for at least 1 hour before roasting.

While the prime rib cooks, combine the beef broth, red wine, and Worcestershire sauce in a saucepan.
Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to a simmer.
Let the prime rib roast sauce simmer for about 10 minutes, or until it's nice and thick.
Once the bone-in roast is done, remove it from the oven.
