Combine the flour, salt, and yeast in a bowl. Add warm water and mix to form a dough. Knead the dough on a floured surface and shape it into a ball. You can also add olive oil over the top and rub it around to coat the dough ball and improve the crust's texture.
Place the dough ball in a clean bowl, cover, and allow to rise for 25 to 30 minutes or until the dough has doubled. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Roll out the dough and place it on a lightly greased skillet.
Par-bake the crust for 4 minutes. Remove from the oven.
Spread tomato sauce over the crust and sprinkle with cheese.
Slice the mushrooms in half, then cut slits and holes to help them resemble skulls.
Arrange the mushroom skulls on top of the pizza.
Bake for 8 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden.
