Boil the eggs.
Roll the eggs on the table or counter to create cracks, then place them in a plastic bag. Do not remove their shells.
Combine black food coloring, vinegar, and water, then add them to the bag. Seal and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
Peel the eggs.
Slice the eggs in half lengthwise. Scoop out the yolks and transfer them to a bowl.
Mash the egg yolks with mustard, mayonnaise, soy sauce, salt, black pepper, and green food coloring until smooth.
Transfer the green yolk mixture into a bag and pipe it back into the egg halves. You can also scoop it into the egg whites.
