Line the baking dish with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 350℉.
Add the butter and chocolate chips to a microwave-safe bowl and microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, until completely melted.
In another bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients.
Add the vanilla extract and eggs to the melted chocolate mixture and mix until well combined.
Gently fold the flour mixture into the wet ingredients to form the brownie batter.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs.
Allow the brownie to rest in the pan for 5 minutes, then remove and cool completely, around 30 minutes, before slicing.
Microwave the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth and completely melted.
Transfer the melted white chocolate into a Ziploc or piping bag, cut a small tip, and drizzle in a zigzag motion over the brownies to give them a mummy wrap.
Attach eyeballs to the mummy brownies.
Wait for the white chocolate to set for 10 minutes before serving or storing the spooky brownies. Enjoy!
