Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Add the Oreos to a food processor and crush into fine crumbs. Transfer them to a bowl.
Add the cream cheese and mix until fully combined.
Form 1-inch balls with the Oreo and cream cheese mixture. You can use a cookie scoop or a tablespoon to portion and roll them into balls. Arrange them on the prepared baking sheet.
Freeze the balls for 20 to 30 minutes.
Break the chocolate bars into pieces and place them in a microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave at 50% power for 30 seconds, then stir. Return the bowl to the microwave.
Continue melting the chocolate at 50% power in 15-second increments, stirring between each, until the green chocolate is smooth and fully melted.
Using a fork, dip each Oreo truffle into the melted chocolate, tapping the fork on the edge of the bowl to remove any excess chocolate.
Place the coated truffles back onto the prepared baking sheet and repeat with the rest.
Top the Grinch Oreo balls with a heart sprinkle. Let them set, and they’re ready to enjoy!
