Notes

Just combine 8 ounces of softened cream cheese with 1/4 cup of light brown sugar and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, spread the mixture in a shallow dish, and top with your homemade salted caramel sauce.
  • If you want to prep ahead and aren’t serving the apples right away, make a bowl of cold, salted water using 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt per cup. Soak the apple slices for 5 minutes, drain, and store them in an airtight container in the fridge until ready to serve.
