Gather all the ingredients for your breakfast charcuterie board.
Slice the bread, then toast it in a hot non-stick skillet for 1 to 2 minutes per side, or until crisp.
Boil the eggs, then transfer them to an ice bath to make peeling easier. Peel the eggs and set them aside.
Arrange the toasted bread in the center of the board.
Starting in the upper-left corner and working around the bread, arrange the dips, spreads, sliced radishes, meats, cheese wedges, tomatoes, cucumbers, and eggs to fill the board.
Slice the fruits.
Add the fruits to the other side of the charcuterie board to finish your platter, and you're done.
