Ingredients

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients in a large pitcher except for the sparkling blood orange drink.
how to make Bourbon Summer Sangria
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, for the best taste.
  • To serve, pour into individual glasses and top off with sparkling blood orange drink.

Notes

  • Want a sweeter bourbon sangria summer cocktail? You can use Moscato or stir in some simple syrup!
  • To avoid a flat cocktail, don't add the sparkling blood orange or soda water directly to the pitcher of sangria. Add it to the glasses as you serve your bourbon sangria, so it will be nice and fizzy.
  • You can store this summer bourbon sangria in the fridge for up to 2 days. I don't recommend going beyond this period, as the fruits will likely get limp and lose their flavor.
