Preheat the oven to 375°F.
In a bowl, combine the cookie mix, egg, oil, and water until a dough forms. You can use an electric mixer.
Shape the dough into 1-inch balls, then roll each one in granulated sugar.
Place the dough balls on ungreased cookie sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the cookies are light golden brown.
Immediately press a chocolate kiss into the center of each cookie, then transfer them to a cooling rack.
Let the cookies cool for about 20 minutes.
Once cooled, decorate with white cookie icing and sprinkles.
