step 3 4th of July Fruit Kabobs

Notes

  • Substitute marshmallows with banana slices, use raspberries instead of strawberries, or swap grapes for the blueberries. You can use lemon juice to keep cut fruits from browning!
  • Keep these 4th of July fruit kabobs cold and delicious at your cookout. Just place the fruit tray on top of ice.
  • Arrange the skewers like the American flag on a white rectangular platter to really showcase your patriotic spirit. Use 8 fresh fruit kabobs threaded with strawberries and marshmallows, but thread blueberries at the top of the first 4 skewers for the flag's blue pattern.
